1 cup of frozen spinach
1 cup frozen raspberries
1 tablespoon Peanut butter
2 tablespoons raw cocoa powder
10 oz unsweetened almond or coconut milk
1 scoop Vegan Pea Protein Powder
1 Tablespoon Chia Seeds
Start with the liquid and the fresh ingredients at the bottom.
Then add the frozen ingredients in next-this helps everything to blend better with less chance of things getting stuck.
...And finally pile the greens on top!
Secure the lid, and blend starting on low then gradually working up to high speed. Blend on high until completely smooth, about 1 minute.
